Improving Process Quality Using Factorial Design and Taguchi Methods

چکیده
In this paper, factorial design experiments and Taguchi methods have been used to monitor the quality of the incoming raw material, product quality during processing, and the final product quality of a process industry. The data collected and results obtained are presented and discussed. The analysis made on the experimental results provided information to improve the quality of the process industry in all three phases with cost effectiveness.
